Two 55-year-olds facing fraud and money laundering charges have had their committal to the higher court delayed.

Abdul Qayum Khan is accused of nine counts of fraud by false representation and one count of acquiring criminal property.

Zarnie Abenojar Khan is charged with forgery of a document, intimidation of a witness, an act against public justice, nine counts of fraud by false representation, and two counts of concealing criminal property.

Mr Khan was represented by advocate Jim Travers, who said Mrs Khan was instructing advocate Andrew Baker.

Mr Travers said the case papers consisted of around 450 pages, so Mr Baker would require time.
