A 67-year-old Clearwater businessman has been arrested for allegedly stealing millions from a nonprofit that managed funds for people with special needs and disabilities.

Leo John Govoni was arrested by the FBI Monday morning and charged with conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.
